What’s the best way to combine Mad Dog’s super pure ECO 1 Million Scoville Extract and your favorite stout beer?

It’s obviously this BBQ sauce. Not only is it super flavorful, it’s wildly easy and hotter than hell. You’ll want to put it on everything.

And, you will.

Makes: 2 cups
You’ll need:
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 onion, diced
1-2 drops Mad Dog ECO 1 Million Scoville Extract
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
8 oz. stout beer
¼ cup each: molasses, apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp. each: Dijon, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat, the add the onion and cook until just browned, about 7 minutes. Add the Mad Dog ECO 1 Million Scoville Extract with the remaining ingredient, allow it to boil, then reduce to the heat to low and simmer for about 45 minutes, until thick. Pour sauce into a blender and whiz until smooth. Cool to room temperature before storing in the fridge.
