This might just be the simplest way to fill your mouth with fire. Well, the easiest outside of swigging Mad Dog 357 Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce straight outta the bottle. And, while we admit to doing that… (not really)… we’ve found this is a way more delicious way to transfer our super scary ghost pepper sauce to your mouth  

Anyone who’s looked at weight loss or saving money in the kitchen has definitely stumbled on the phenomenon known as meal prep. It just makes a lot of sense to portion out meals that you know you want to eat. You know, something that will keep you from dashing off to get some fast food when you’re exhausted, running late, or starving.

Now, what will you do with all those turkey leftovers taking up space in your fridge?  It’s a question for the ages and one you’ve probably tried to answer dozens of times… perhaps without the raging success that you could have.
