You’re going to love this easy, spicy chicken dish. It’s almost guaranteed that everyone you meet will flip for it. That’s because it’s easier than you can imagine and four times as tasty. It will be on the table in less than 30 minutes and it’s mild enough for those that can’t take the heat. In fact, you may just want to double the recipe straight away. As it’s written, it only serves four!
½ bottle Mad Dog Green Amigo Hot Sauce
2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped
2 tablespoons White wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Oil
4 each Boneless skinless chicken breasts, halved if preferred
extra Cilantro, chopped to serve
Combine Mad Dog Green Amigo Hot (and use the whole bottle if you’re keen), cilantro, and vinegar in a saucepan. Cook over a low heat until the mixture simmers. Remove from the heat. Spoon a quarter cup into a bowl and mix with the oil; coat the chicken with this mixture.
Place the chicken in a frying pan over a medium heat. Cook, turning once or twice, for 12 to 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Feel free to spoon over the basting sauce as needed. (Remember you need to discard any unused sauce that the raw chicken sat in.)
Serve chicken with your favorite veggies, chopped cilantro, and the rest of the sauce. Yum.
