2 sticks Butter
3 ribs celery, chopped
1 large Onion, chopped
1 tablespoon Mad Dog Inferno Hot Sauce
1 package Unseasoned dry bread cubes
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
1½ teaspoons Poultry seasoning
¼ cup Milk.
Heat a large pan over medium-high and add the butter to the pan. Add the celery, onion, and then the Mad Dog Inferno Hot Sauce. Cook until onion becomes just soft. Add the bread cubes and stir well to coat. Add seasonings and enough milk to moisten. Stir to combine and remove from heat. Allow cooling before stuffing the turkey.
This stuffing can also be cooked in the oven separately from the bird. Just add turkey drippings or a little chicken broth, and bake at 350ºF, until heated through and a little crispy on top. It should be about 30 minutes, but you may want to check at about 25 minutes or let it go a little longer, depending on what else is in the oven.
