1 tablespoon Mad Dog Liquid Fire
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
1/2 teaspoon Sea salt
3 tablespoon Olive oil
3 tablespoons Sherry wine
3 cups Brussels sprouts, cleaned and halved
1 cup Red onions, chopped
1/2 cup raw pistachios
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking tray with foil or baking paper.
In a large bowl, mix the Mad Dog Liquid Fire with the spices, olive oil, and wine. Add the Brussels sprouts, onions and pistachios to this mix. Toss together until everything is well combined. Scoop mixture onto the lined baking tray. Then, roast in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, stirring halfway through. Serve with just about anything for a fiery treat.
