Returns and Exchanges
At Ashley Food Company Inc. web sites you may return any item for a refund or exchange by emailing us at, contact us. Please note that requests for returns and exchanges should be made within 14 days of receiving your order. We cannot refund your shipping charges unless we have made a shipping error. Please allow 14 business days for your exchange, refund or credit to be completed.
Missing Orders, Porch Pirated orders, and Damaged Orders
Once an order has been shipped and there are issues with the order due to shipping loss and or damage is it out of our control to fix some issues without the customer's assistance with filing a claim. Plus it takes added time to resolve this kind of problem we rarely encounter.
Customers must report missing orders or damaged orders to USPS or UPS to get a refund or replacement order. No refunds or replacements will be shipped or issued until a Claim has been filed with UPS and or USPS for a lost or damaged package.
In the case of missing items or wrong items shipped, we reserve the right to refund your credit card for the full amount or the cost of the items and the shipping, instead of shipping missing items.
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
