
🔥 Spicy Indian-Style Cauliflower Fry with Ghost Pepper & Crispy Curry Leaves 🌶️
Ingredients:
- 1 medium cauliflower (cut into small florets)
- 1 large onion (thinly sliced)
- 2-3 curry sprigs (leaves only)
- 2 tbsp oil (vegetable or coconut)
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp coriander powder
- 1-2 tsp Mad Dog 357 Pure Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce 🌶️🔥
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Fresh cilantro (for garnish)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Blanch Cauliflower: Boil water, add cauliflower florets, and blanch for 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Fry Curry Leaves: Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add curry leaves, and fry until crisp. Remove and set aside for garnish.
3️⃣ Sauté Spices: Add the remaining oil to the same pan. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds, letting them splutter. Then, add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown.
4️⃣ Cook Cauliflower: Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 30 seconds. Stir in turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Add blanched cauliflower and mix well.
5️⃣ Ghost Pepper Kick: Drizzle Mad Dog 357 Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce (adjust to your spice tolerance). Stir-fry everything on medium heat for 5-7 minutes until cauliflower is well coated and slightly crispy.
6️⃣ Final Touch: Add salt and a squeeze of lemon juice. Garnish with crispy fried curry leaves and fresh cilantro.
