There are times when you shouldn’t add a dash of Mad Dog to your meals. They’re few, of course, but they do exist. For example, we don’t suggest having more than a drop or two before climbing onto an international flight. Not only are airplane toilets a cruel joke, but the last thing you want is an elevated temperature when clearing through security.

Ever tried to help someone in their kitchen? You reach into the cupboard to find the soy sauce and you can’t. “Are you out of soy sauce? Where do you keep it?” Then the exasperated reply comes, “it’s in the fridge.” You can hear terrible descriptives regarding your kitchen abilities even though they’ve not actually been said.

At the beginning of a new year, it’s quite natural to spend a lot of your time focusing forward. There are all those resolutions to consider now (before they disappear from your mind halfway through the year) and plenty of goals, vacations, and celebrations coming up in the next few months. At Ashley Foods, we’re also looking forward. We have new sauces and products on the horizon, not to mention all those fiery chilies we need to grow.

Mad Dog 357 + Tortilla Chips = Love You know what tortillas are, right? They’re the flatbread you wrap around everything. Sometimes they become tacos. At other times, they become burritos or quesadillas. And, when you stick something else in the center, you call it a wrap (we’re not entirely sure who determined what’s a burrito and what’s a wrap, but we’re not terribly concerned about that - unless you are, of course.)
