๐ง 1/2 cup plain yogurt
๐ง 3 cloves garlic, minced

1-inch ginger, grated

๐ฟ 1 tsp cumin
๐พ 1 tsp garam masala
๐ Juice of 1/2 lemon
๐ง Salt to taste
๐ฅ 1โ2 drops Mad Dog 357 Pure Ghost Hot Sauce (โ ๏ธ only if you dare!)
๐ซ Whole green & red chilies (for grilling)
๐ฅ Warm naan (to serve)

Make the Marinade
Mix yogurt, garlic, ginger, spices, lemon juice, salt, and Mad Dog 357 Pure Ghost in a bowl. Stir well. ๐ฅฃ๐ฅ -
Marinate the Chicken
