This grilled chicken is bold, smoky, and dangerously spicy thanks to a custom BBQ sauce made with Mad Dog 357 Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce! ๐ถ๏ธ๐ฅ๐
๐ Ingredients:
For the Chicken:
- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts ๐
- 1 tbsp olive oil ๐ซ
- 1 tsp salt ๐ง
- 1/2 tsp black pepper โซ
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika ๐
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder ๐ง
For the Spicy BBQ Sauce:
- 1/2 cup ketchup ๐
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar ๐
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce ๐ฅ
- 1 tbsp honey ๐ฏ
- 1 tbsp brown sugar ๐ค
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard ๐๏ธ
- 1 tbsp Mad Dog 357 Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce ๐ฅ๐๐ถ๏ธ (Adjust based on heat tolerance!)
- 1/2 tsp chili powder ๐ถ๏ธ
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika ๐
- 1/4 tsp salt ๐ง
๐ฅ Instructions:
1๏ธโฃ Prepare the BBQ Sauce:
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine ketchup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, honey, brown sugar, mustard, and spices.
- Stir well, then add Mad Dog 357 Ghost Pepper Hot Sauceโstart with a small amount and adjust for heat! ๐ฅ๐
- Simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened. Remove from heat and let it cool.

- Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
