Super Easy Ghostly Potato Salad

Is there anything better than a potato salad alongside grilled meats at a backyard barbeque? Probably not. And this recipe is so ridiculously simple, you can throw it together quickly. Just a few ingredients are needed to add a little pizzazz. But, obviously, it’s the blazing hot heat of our Mad Dog 357 Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce that makes this potato salad shine. Try it once, and you’ll never try to BBQ without it again.

Serves: 6

You’ll need:

1½ pounds baby new potatoes, peeled and cut in halves
1 tablespoon salt, divided
½ cup mayonnaise
½-1 teaspoon Mad Dog 357 Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 large dill pickle, chopped
2 spring onions, sliced
1 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation

Boil the potatoes in a pot of water with 1 teaspoon salt, until very soft. Remove from the heat and drain. Mix the potatoes together with the mayonnaise, Mad Dog 357 Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce, and the remainder of the ingredients, including the rest of the salt. Serve warm, at room temperature, or chilled.
