No matter what you celebrate this month, Oktoberfest always seems to be part of the theme. As a nod to the great German tradition of food and beer before it gets too cold, we’re bringing you the best combination of both. Of course, we’ve fired up these cheese dip Inferno style, but that means you’ll want to serve this during football games and Halloween parties.

On a hot summer’s day, there’s nothing better than a simple sandwich to fill your belly in the middle of the day. Make the sandwiches small enough and you’d be surprised how many mouths you can feed before heading off to the beach, the ball game, or just grabbing a beer for the backyard. And these slider sandwiches have a marvelous blend of heat, flavor, and simplicity.

We’re changing all that with this traditional Irish dish. Now, you’ll need quite a few pots and pans to make this work, but it really is the most delicious way to eat cabbage, potatoes, and corned beef – together or on their own.
