Fresh ‘n Fiery Brussels Sprouts with Pistachios

This awesome side dish feeds 2-4 people, depending on how much they love Brussels sprouts.

And, just a warning, you’re going to need to make this a lot. The flavor combination here is simply amazing. The Mad Dog seeps into every corner of the veggies and nuts. In other words; it’s addictive.

Just wait until you try it. Seriously.


1 tablespoon Mad Dog 357 Pure Gold
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
1/2 teaspoon Sea salt
3 tablespoon Olive oil
3 tablespoons Sherry wine
3 cups Brussels sprouts, cleaned and halved
1 cup Red onions, chopped
1/2 cup raw pistachios


Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking tray with foil or baking paper.

In a large bowl, mix the Mad Dog 357 Pure Gold with the spices, olive oil, and wine. Add the Brussels sprouts, onions and pistachios to this mix. Toss together until everything is well combined. Scoop mixture onto the lined baking tray. Then, roast in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, stirring halfway through. Serve with just about anything for a fiery treat.
