4-Cheese and Pure Ghost Pasta

Nothing about our Pure Ghost Hot Sauce could be called cheesy… until we created this pasta.

Mad Dog 357 Pure Ghost Hot Sauce and cheese - lots of it, is there anything more you could want out of a meal? This is easily one of the easiest and most delicious pastas you could ever make, and we’ve cranked up the heat to add a frightening depth.

Serves: 4
You’ll need:
4 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tablespoons flour
1½ cups milk
½ cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon Mad Dog 357 Pure Ghost Hot Sauce
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
½ cup fontina cheese, shredded
¼ cup Gruyere cheese, shredded
¼ cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
salt and pepper, to taste
½ pound penne pasta, cooked

Preparation

Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the garlic, and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant. Whisk the flour and cook until lightly browned (about 1 minute).

Gradually whisk in the milk, cream, Mad Dog 357 Pure Ghost Hot Sauce and Italian seasoning. Continue whisking until incorporated, about 1-2 minutes. Add the cheeses and stir until slightly thickened, about 1-2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, then stir in pasta and gently toss to combine.

Serve hot with more Mad Dog 357 Pure Ghost Hot Sauce on the side.
