Bacon Cheese Dip

Bacon and cheese are perhaps the best things to cure a snack attack.

Put them together and throw in some Mad Dog 357 Pure Gold Pepper Hot Sauce and you’ve got a party. This dip is quick and easy. More importantly, it’s maddeningly addictive. We suggest pairing it with plain crackers or lightly salted chips.

Ingredients

4 slices Bacon
1 package (8 oz.) Cream cheese, softened
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Mad Dog 357 Pure Gold Pepper Hot Sauce
8 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded
2 stalks Green onions, finely chopped

 Preparation

 Cook bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain, crumble, and set aside.

Meanwhile, combine the cream cheese and mayo in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth. Stir in the Mad Dog 357 Pure Gold Pepper Hot Sauce and the remaining ingredients - including most of the bacon - and place in the microwave. Cook for 2 minutes and return to the microwave for a further 2-4 minutes.

Top with the remaining bacon and serve with more Mad Dog 357 Pure Gold Pepper Hot Sauce and plenty of chips or crackers.
