Ingredients:

12 oz spaghetti or penne

2 cups tomato sauce 🍅

3 cloves garlic, minced 🧄

1 tbsp olive oil 🫒

1–2 fresh red chilies, thinly sliced 🌶️

Fresh basil leaves 🌿

Freshly grated parmesan 🧀

Salt & pepper to taste 🧂

3–4 drops Mad Dog 357 Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce (or more if you dare) 🐶🔥
Instructions:

Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic and chilies until fragrant.

Pour in the tomato sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.

Stir in the cooked pasta and toss well.

Add Mad Dog 357 Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce and mix evenly (use gloves if handling extra sauce 😉).

Plate and top with fresh basil and grated parmesan.
