
The best Udon meal ever

๐ Ingredients:

7 oz cooked udon noodles ๐ (or whole wheat for extra fiber)

8โ10 large shrimp, peeled & deveined ๐ค

1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce ๐ง

1 tsp sesame oil ๐ข๏ธ

1 tsp rice vinegar ๐ถ

1/2 tsp Mad Dog 357 Ghost Pepper Sauce ๐ฅ (seriously potentโadjust to taste!)

1/2 tbsp honey ๐ฏ (or maple syrup for vegan)

1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger ๐ซ

1 clove garlic, minced ๐ง
-
1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced ๐ซ

1/2 cup shredded carrots ๐ฅ
-
1/2 cup snow peas or snap peas ๐ฟ

2 green onions, chopped ๐ฑ

Optional toppings: sesame seeds, cilantro ๐พ๐ฟ
๐ณ Instructions:

Prep Sauce:
In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and Mad Dog 357 Ghost Pepper Sauce ๐ฅ. Set aside. -
Cook Shrimp:
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high. Cook shrimp 1โ2 minutes per side until pink and curled. Remove and set aside. -
Sautรฉ Veggies:
In the same skillet, toss in bell pepper, carrots, and peas. Sautรฉ for 3โ4 minutes until crisp-tender. -
Add Noodles & Sauce:
Add udon noodles and sauce to the skillet. Stir-fry for 2โ3 minutes, letting the noodles absorb the bold flavors. Return shrimp to the pan and toss to coat. -
Serve:
Plate it up, garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, or fresh cilantro. Eat immediately while hot and spicy! ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฅ
