  • 7 oz cooked udon noodles ๐Ÿœ (or whole wheat for extra fiber)

  • 8โ€“10 large shrimp, peeled & deveined ๐Ÿค

  • 1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce ๐Ÿง‚

  • 1 tsp sesame oil ๐Ÿ›ข๏ธ

  • 1 tsp rice vinegar ๐Ÿถ

  • 1/2 tsp Mad Dog 357 Ghost Pepper Sauce ๐Ÿ”ฅ (seriously potentโ€”adjust to taste!)

  • 1/2 tbsp honey ๐Ÿฏ (or maple syrup for vegan)

  • 1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger ๐Ÿซš
