Serves: 4
You’ll need:
For the grilled ghost patties
2 tablespoons Mad Dog 357 Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce
4 tablespoons melted butter
4 small butterflied chicken breasts
To assemble your sandwich
4 hamburger buns
4 slices Emmenthal cheese
8 slices bacon
your favorite chicken sandwich toppings, like sliced red onions, mayonnaise or pickles
Preparation
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Mad Dog 357 Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce with the butter. Add the flattened chicken breasts and toss to coat as evenly as possible. (Wear gloves. Seriously.)
Heat a large, non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the coated chicken to the pan and cook for 6 minutes per side (flipping once), until evenly cooked. Feel free to add any remaining Mad Dog butter to the pan while cooking.
Meanwhile, assemble the remaining ingredients on your buns and get ready for your mouth to experience a frightful burst of fire and flavor. When the chicken is done, add it to the sandwiches and serve with fries or just gobble it up on its ace. You’ll feel satisfied; don’t worry about that.
