Sure, these won’t be on the table in half an hour.
The time it takes is totally worth it. These ribs are everything you ever wanted. They’re hot as hell, with just the right amount of sticky saucy coating to make you want more… and more… and more.
It’s the (somewhat) slow and low cooking mixed with our Mad Dog 357 Gold Edition Hot Sauce. Could you really ask for more?
Didn’t think so.
Serves: 4
You’ll need:
4 lbs baby back ribs
¼ c each: beef rub (pick your favorite), olive oil
1-2 tsp Mad Dog 357 Gold Edition Hot Sauce
2 c BBQ sauce (pick your favorite)
1 tbs Worcestershire sauce,
salt and pepper, to taste
foil-lined baking tray
oven preheated to 350°F
Preparation
Sprinkle the beef rub over the ribs, then drizzle with the oil and then work it all into the meat. Place the ribs in the prepared tray, cover with foil, and place in the preheated oven. Bake for 2 hours.
Meanwhile, combine the Mad Dog 357 Gold Edition Hot Sauce with the BBQ and Worcestershire sauces; season to taste.
When the ribs are ready, remove from the oven. Turn the oven to broil and remove the foil. Coat the ribs with the Mad Dog BBQ mix and return the ribs to the oven. Broil for 3 minutes, then flip the ribs and broil for another 3 minutes.
Take the ribs out of the oven and allow them to rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving with more Mad Dog 357 Gold Edition Hot Sauce on the side.
