Spicy Mad Dog 357 No Escape Pain on a Chain Extravaganza Pizza

The combination of meats is enough to make any meat lover sing.

But, it’s really the Mad Dog Pain on a Chain - No Escape that adds the stinging heat that will have you addicted in no time at all. We thought about drizzling a little scorpion sauce on this, but the heat from the No Escape raises the right alarm bells when mixed with the olives, onions, and peppers. And, there’s something about it's sting that truly illuminates every cheesy bite.

Now, of course, this spicy pizza feeds only a few selfish chili lovers, so if you’re having a party, you may as well double or triple up (especially if there’s a game on television). Oh – and one more thing, opt for the plainest pizza sauce you can find – or choose a plain spaghetti sauce; you don’t want too many flavors fighting over the space in your mouth.

Better yet, you can have this ready in less than 30 minutes, especially if you opt for precooked sausage and fast-cook bacon. Seriously, this is how the Mad Dog crew is celebrating Friday night.

How about you?

Ingredients
1 gram Mad Dog 357 No Escape Pain on a Chain
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 x-large Pizza Base (or a couple medium-sized bases - fresh or frozen)
1/3-1/2 cup Pizza sauce
3 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
1½ cup Mozzarella, grated, divided (or more if you can’t get enough of it)
3-4 slices Bacon, cooked and chopped
½ cup Ham, roughly chopped
½ cup Hot sausage, cooked and crumbled
¼ cup Pepperoni slices
½ cup Green Pepper, chopped
½ cup Onions, sliced
½ cup Black olives, sliced
Salt and black pepper, to taste

Preparation
Combine the Mad Dog 357 No Escape Pain on a Chain pepper blend with the olive oil in a small bowl and set aside.

Preheat your oven to 425°F. (Perhaps consider doing this and then cooking the meats.)

Grease a baking sheet with olive oil and place the pizza base on top. Spoon the pizza sauce over and distribute evenly. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and a ½ cup of the shredded mozzarella. Add meat and vegetable toppings. Finally sprinkle with remaining 1 cup mozzarella and ground black pepper and drizzle with the Mad Dog 357 No Escape Pain on a Chain pepper blend olive oil mixture.

Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is gooey melty and the base is cooked through.
