Sriracha sauce has a rich, garlicky flavor which both accents and buffers the heat of the chilies added to it.

That garlic taste means it’s a natural accompaniment to beef and chicken dishes. But, with its origin in Asia, Sriracha is typically associated with food from this region. You don’t have to play by the rules though. We’ve broken them with this Mad Dog Reaper Sriracha ‘n Roll Burger. It reaches new levels of depth while still remaining dead-easy to make. Just a warning though, these babies are delicious, but you might just find yourself craving Reaper Sriracha Mayonnaise on everything you eat from this moment forward.

Ingredients

Mad Dog Reaper Sriracha Hot Sauce
1 pound Ground beef
Salt and pepper to taste
Lettuce, sliced tomatoes, sliced onions or your preferred hamburger toppings
3-6 teaspoons Mayonnaise
4 each Hamburger buns
Disposable plastic gloves to protect your hands while mixing chili sauce

Preparation

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef and 1 to 3 tablespoons of Mad Dog Reaper Sriracha Hot Sauce depending on your preferred level of heat. Keep in mind that you will not get many stings from the burgers, but the Sriracha flavor will echo your mayonnaise sauce. Wearing gloves, mix you’re the meat and Reaper Sriracha sauce well and then combine into 4 patties. Place the patties on a plate, but do not stack them as they will stick. Sprinkle sale and pepper over the patties and place in the fridge to set.

Meanwhile, pre-heat the grill on your oven to 400ºF and prepare your preferred hamburger toppings as you wait for the oven temperature to rise. Set aside. Slice open hamburger buns and set aside.

To make the Reaper Sriracha Mayonnaise, combine 3 teaspoons of Reaper Sriracha Sauce with 3 teaspoons of mayonnaise. Add in extra mayonnaise if the heat is too strong for your taste.

When the oven grill is hot, place the hamburger patties on an oven-safe baking tray and place under the grill for about 10 minutes. Flip hamburger patties and cook for another 5-10 minutes until done to your liking. Hamburgers can also be done on the grill outside or in a frying pan with oil if you prefer.

Assemble hamburgers by placing a cooked patty on a bottom bun, adding your toppings, and spreading a healthy dose of Reaper Sriracha Mayonnaise on the top bun.
