๐จ๐ณ Instructions:
๐ฅ Prep the Grill & Seafood:

Preheat grill to medium-high โจ๏ธ.

Toss shrimp, scallops, cod, and mussels with ๐ซ olive oil, ๐ง garlic, ๐ lemon juice, salt & pepper.

Thread shrimp, scallops, and cod onto skewers ๐ข if needed for easier grilling.
๐ถ๏ธ Make the Reaper Sriracha Glaze:

In a bowl, mix ๐ฏ honey, ๐ lime juice, ๐ง garlic, ๐ฅ soy sauce, and ๐๐ฅ Mad Dog 357 Reaper Sriracha Hot Sauce.

Stir until well combined and slightly thick ๐.
๐ฅ Grill & Glaze:

Grill seafood for 2โ3 minutes per side or until cooked through (mussels should open ๐ฆช).
