
Simple, spicy, and savage
This fiery fried egg dish is topped with thin slices of red & green hot chili peppers and finished with a bold hit of Mad Dog 357 Sriracha Hot Sauce ๐ Perfect for breakfast, lunch, or anytime you need a spicy slap to the face. ๐ฅต๐ฅ
๐ Ingredients:
๐ณ 1 large egg
๐ซ 1 tsp olive oil or butter
๐ถ๏ธ 1 red chili, thinly sliced
๐ข 1 green chili, thinly sliced
๐ง Pinch of salt
๐ 1/2 tsp Mad Dog 357 Sriracha Hot Sauce (โ ๏ธ or just a drop!)
๐ Optional: serve over rice or toast ๐
๐ฅ Instructions:

Heat it up
Add oil or butter to a pan over medium heat. Let it sizzle. -
Crack & Fry
Crack in your egg ๐ณ and cook until the edges are crispy and the yolk is still runny (or flip it if you like it over easy). -
Top with Heat
Place thin slices of red & green chili right on top of the egg. Let them soften slightly in the heat. -
Finish with Fire
Drizzle or dot with Mad Dog 357 Srirachaโjust a little goes a long way ๐ฅ -
Serve
Plate it solo or lay it over toast or rice. Add more hot sauceโฆ if you dare. ๐๐ฅ
