For the Chicken:

๐ 1 tbsp rice vinegar

๐ฝ 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (slurry)

Coat the Chicken
Beat the egg in a bowl. Mix cornstarch, flour, salt, and pepper in another. Dip chicken in egg, then coat in dry mix. ๐ -
Fry 'Til Crispy
Heat oil in a deep pan. Fry chicken in batches until golden brown and crispy (about 5โ6 mins). Drain on a paper towel. ๐๐ฅ -
Make the Sauce
