Mad Dog 357 Reaper Sriracha Hot Sauce

These noodles make for a delicious and (almost) surprising accompaniment to steaks with delicious sauces. We’re not exactly sure why that is, but we think it’s the heat of the reaper peppers mixed with the salty soy sauce and the sweetness of the sugar.

Potatoes are almost mandatory at Christmas and these are the kind you want on the table. They’re fiery (compliments of our Reaper Sriracha Sauce) and covered in cheese and bacon.

Sriracha sauce has a rich, garlicky flavor which both accents and buffers the heat of the chilies added to it. That garlic taste means it’s a natural accompaniment to beef and chicken dishes. But, with its origin in Asia, Sriracha is typically associated with food from this region. You don’t have to play by the rules though.
