Terrifying Teriyaki Sauce

Ready to add something special to your standard stir-fry? How about the heat of Mad Dog’s purest extract?

Sound scary?

It is. It really is. But it’s as addicting as it is hot. With this sauce, your weekly stir-fry will never be the same again.


Makes: 2 cups


You’ll need:
½ cup of soy sauce
½ cup mirin (or sweet white wine)
½ cup brown sugar, leveled, but not packed
1¼ cup of water
1 drop Mad Dog 357 Eco 1 Million Extract
1 tablespoon cornstarch, mixed with 2 tablespoons of water


Preparation



Combine the soy sauce, mirin, sugar, and water in a saucepan. Heat over medium-low heat for 5 minutes. Add the Mad Dog 357 Eco 1 Million Extract and the cornstarch mixed with water and stir to mix. Cook for another 5 minutes, or until the sauce is thickened to your liking.

Use as a sauce for your favorite stir-fry mix or as a dipping sauce for eggrolls.
