Ingredients

1 teaspoon Mad Dog 357 Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce
2 tablespoons Mustard
1 teaspoon Olive oil
1 clove Garlic, minced
4 each Hawaiian rolls, sliced open
8 slices Swiss cheese, divided
4 slices bacon, cooked and halved
12 slices Dill pickle
2 teaspoons fresh cilantro, minced
6 ounces Sliced deli ham
2 ounces Sliced deli turkey breast

Preparation

Combine the Mad Dog 357 Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce with the mustard in a small bowl and set aside. In a separate bowl, combine the oil and garlic and set aside.

Spread the inside of the rolls with the Mad Dog mustard mix and add a slice of cheese to the bottom half of each roll. Divide the bacon halves, pickles, cilantro, ham, and turkey. Top with the remaining cheese slices.

Close sandwiches and brush the garlic oil over the entire exterior of each.

Use a sandwich press to cook the sandwiches. Or, heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the sandwiches for about 3 minutes on each side using another, heavy skillet to flatten the sandwiches as they cook.
