Cuban-Style Roasted Pork with Rice, Black Beans & Sweet Plantains

Roasted Pork (Lechรณn-Style) ๐Ÿ–๐ŸŠ๐Ÿง„

  • 3โ€“4 lb pork shoulder ๐Ÿ–

  • 6 cloves garlic, smashed ๐Ÿง„

  • 2 tsp cumin ๐ŸŒฟ

  • 2 tsp oregano ๐ŸŒฑ

  • Juice of 2 oranges ๐ŸŠ

  • Juice of 1 lime ๐Ÿ‹

  • Salt & pepper ๐Ÿง‚

  • 1โ€“2 tsp Mad Dog 357 Ghost ๐Ÿ‘ป๐Ÿ”ฅ

Instructions:
Marinate pork with all ingredients for at least 4 hours (overnight best). Roast at 325ยฐF until tender and caramelized, basting occasionally. Finish hot for crispy edges ๐Ÿ”ฅโœจ.

  • 1 cup white rice ๐Ÿš
