Ingredients
2 each Chicken breasts
¼ teaspoon Mad Dog 357 Naga Morich Pepper Puree
1 cup barbecue sauce
6 cups Potato chips
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and set aside.
Using kitchen shears, cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl. Add the Mad Dog 357 Naga Morich Pepper Puree and barbecue sauce and stir.
Crush the potato chips into crumbs (perhaps inside a Ziploc bag?), then coat chicken pieces in the chip crumbs. Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 12 minutes… until golden brown. Enjoy with ranch dressing while watching the game.
