Come on, who doesn’t love dipping chicken while watching the game?
For that matter, who doesn’t love dipping chicken at any time? In addition to the kicking bite you get with these popcorn chicken pieces, you’re going to love the fact that they’re not fried. Addicted yet? You will be!
2 each Chicken breasts
¼ teaspoon Mad Dog 357 Naga Morich Pepper Puree
1 cup barbecue sauce
6 cups Potato chips
Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and set aside.
Using kitchen shears, cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl. Add the Mad Dog 357 Naga Morich Pepper Puree and barbecue sauce and stir.
Crush the potato chips into crumbs (perhaps inside a Ziploc bag?), then coat chicken pieces in the chip crumbs. Place on a baking sheet and bake for about 12 minutes… until golden brown. Enjoy with ranch dressing while watching the game.
