Leftover stuffing doesn’t just need to be tossed as is onto plates destined for reheating as a meal that resembles the original.
In fact, if you do that, you’re missing out on the best way to deal with leftover stuffing. That’s these incredible balls. They’ll disappear quickly because people just can’t help themselves.
Next year, you may not even bother serving stuffing without a helping of pepper puree or wrapped in bacon.
Ingredients
¼-½ teaspoon Mad Dog 357 Naga Morich Pepper Puree
2-4 cups leftover Stuffing
1 small egg, beaten
4-6 ounces Bacon
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 400ºF. Line a roasting pan with baking paper and spray with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine the Mad Dog 357 Naga Morich Pepper Puree with the stuffing and egg. Use your hands (wearing gloves) to bind the ingredients together. Then, divide into 8-12 evenly sized balls. Wrap bacon around each stuffing ball and place, seam facing down, on the prepared roasting pan. Bake in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes, until the bacon is cooked through.
