8 oz Pad Thai rice noodles ๐

1 lb prawns, peeled & deveined ๐ค

1 cup bean sprouts ๐ฑ

3 green onions, sliced ๐ฟ

1 lime (wedges) ๐

2 tbsp oil

Pad Thai Sauce:

3 tbsp fish sauce ๐

Soak noodles in warm water until soft, drain, and set aside.

Heat oil in a wok โ add garlic, stir-fry 10 seconds.
