Mad Dog 357 Hot Sauce — cauliflower

M is for Mad Dog. C is for capers and cauliflower. It’s all good stuff, no matter what you call it. This is one of the best veggie dishes for you to set on the Christmas table; it will be gobbled like there’s no tomorrow. Really it’s that good. This dish serves about four as a side, but we recommend doubling it for six people because it just never seems to go far enough. And, feel free to indulge in the wine left in the bottle. It’s Christmas after all.
