These little piggies are the perfect snack for… any time.
No really. Can you imagine them with breakfast? How about with a beer before a late dinner? Wish you would open a packed lunch to find these?
You get the point.
Plus, they’re quick and easy. The only problem is that you’ll never make enough. No really.
You’ll always wish you’d made more.
Makes: 16 pigs
You'll need:
1 can Crescent dough
16 small Sausages
8 slices Cheddar cheese, cut into 16 pieces
½ teaspoon Mad Dog 357 No Escape Pain on a Chain
4 tablespoons Butter, melted
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Oven preheated to 400°F
Baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Preparation
Roll out the dough and cut into 16 equal triangles. Divide the cheddar cheese and sausages between the triangles and roll from the bigger end towards the smaller end. Place pigs on the baking sheet.
Combine the Mad Dog 357 No Escape Pain on a Chain with the butter and brush this over each pig. Sprinkle over the Parmesan, then bake for about 15 minutes until the dough is golden.
