Serves: 4

You'll need:

for the wings
2 pounds of chicken wings
1-2 teaspoons Mad Dog 357 Reaper Sriracha Hot Sauce
1 teaspoon each: onion powder, garlic powder, brown sugar
1 tablespoon each: baking powder, vegetable oil

for the sauce
½ cup butter
6 cloves garlic, minced
2-3 teaspoons Mad Dog 357 Reaper Sriracha Hot Sauce
3 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon each: Worcestershire sauce, black pepper

Preparation

Preheat your oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Wash and prepare your chicken wings; set aside. Combine the Mad Dog 357 Reaper Sriracha Hot Sauce with the wing spices, baking powder, and oil. Toss the wings in the Reaper mixture and place it on the baking sheet, with some space between wings. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, turning once.

Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Heat the butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute, until the garlic is fragrant. Add the Mad Dog 357 Reaper Sriracha Hot Sauce with the honey, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring continuously. Remove from the heat.

When the wings are cooked through, remove them from the oven and toss them in the sauce. Serve hot with more Mad Dog 357 Reaper Sriracha Hot Sauce on the side.
