As we look to wrap the third financial quarter of the year, it’s worth looking at some of the fast-food trends of the second quarter. Namely, we’re concerned with reports that this year’s release of Wendy’s Ghost Pepper Fries didn’t perform as well as expected.

We’ve heard for a long time that hot sauce sales are on the rise in the United States. And, it wouldn’t take a lot of effort to see it, let alone believe it. Hot sauces are everywhere. It seems like every time you head to the grocery store, there’s a new one on the shelves.

National Hot as Hell Alcohol Day
September 28th is National Drink a Beer Day. There are, perhaps, a few people that rarely imbibe alcohol throughout the year who will strangely reach for a beer on this foodie holiday Wednesday.
We don’t really know who they are.
Either you appreciate a good, cold beer just about any day of the year – or you don’t. And, it’s unlikely that you’ll opt for a beer just because there is a day for that. (There is a day for everything, isn’t there?)
Sorry Starbucks Fans, It’s Not Spicy
Starbucks announced the release of their new Chile Mocha for fall and half a million bloggers threw their arms in the air.
WHAT? But, I NEED the Pumpkin Spice Latte.
No, really. People went wild at the news. There was no way that Starbucks could take away their beloved Pumpkin Spice Latte; no one would have it – and certainly not for a Chili Mocha. Who wants that spicy shit?
