And, you’ve probably got the ingredients sitting in your kitchen already. Better still, it’s a healthier version, and this Mad Dog 357 Ghost Pepper version is hotter than hell too.

That’s just the way you like it, right?

Serves: 4
You’ll need:
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 pound chicken breasts (boneless skinless), diced
1/2 cup each: frozen peas, slivered carrots, bean sprouts
3 green onions, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 eggs, lightly beaten
4 cups cooked rice
1/2-1 teaspoon Mad Dog 357 Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce
4 tablespoons soy sauce

Preparation

Heat the oils in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring regularly, until browned. Remove the chicken to a side plate, draining the excess as you go.

Add the vegetables and cook, stirring regularly, for 2 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for an additional minute. Pour in the beaten eggs and cook, stirring and cooking just enough to scramble.

Return the chicken to the wok along with the rice, Mad Dog 357 Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce, and soy sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, until the chicken is reheated and cooked through.
