For the Mad Dog 357 Pure Gold Aioli:

๐ง 1 clove garlic, finely minced

๐จ๐ณ Instructions:
๐ฅ Grill the Lobster:

Preheat grill or broiler โจ๏ธ.

Brush lobster meat with melted butter ๐ง and garlic ๐ง, season with salt & pepper.

Grill flesh side down for 4โ5 minutes, flip and grill shell side for 2โ3 more until opaque and lightly charred ๐ฅ.
๐ถ๏ธ Make the Aioli:

Mix mayo, lemon juice, garlic, and a few bold drops of Mad Dog 357 Pure Gold Hot Sauce ๐๐ถ๏ธ.

Stir until creamy ๐. Chill before serving โ๏ธ.
