🥩 Ingredients

  • 2–2.5 lb flank steak

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 onion, sliced 🧅

  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced 🫑

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced 🧄

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 tsp oregano

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 1 can crushed tomatoes 🍅

  • 1 cup beef broth

  • Salt & pepper

  • Cooked white rice 🍚

  • Optional: bay leaf, splash of vinegar

🍳 Instructions

  1. Sear flank steak in olive oil until browned. Remove.
