1 can crushed tomatoes 🍅

1 cup beef broth

🍳 Instructions

Sear flank steak in olive oil until browned. Remove.

Sauté onion + pepper until soft. Add garlic & spices.

Simmer: add tomatoes, broth, bay leaf, and Pure Gold. Nestle steak back in.

Cook low & slow (covered) ~2.5–3 hrs until shreddable.
