Made with Mad Dog 357 Pure Gold Hot Sauce
Ingredients
Meat & Seafood
- 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled
- 1/2 lb steak, thin sliced
- 1/2 lb chicken breast, thin sliced
Veggies
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
Sauce & Seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1–2 tsp Mad Dog 357 Pure Gold
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt & pepper
- Juice of 1 lime
To Serve
- Warm tortillas
- Sour cream
- Shredded cheese
- Cilantro
- Lime wedges
Instructions
1. Season Everything
In a bowl combine:
- Olive oil
- Mad Dog 357 Pure Gold
- Garlic powder
- Paprika
- Cumin
- Lime juice
- Salt & pepper
Toss shrimp, steak, and chicken in the mixture.
2. Cook the Chicken & Steak
Heat a large skillet or cast iron pan over high heat.
Cook chicken first for about 5–6 minutes until done. Remove.
Cook steak 2–4 minutes until nicely seared. Remove.
3. Cook the Veggies
Add peppers and onions to the same pan.
Cook until softened with slight char marks.
4. Cook the Shrimp
Add shrimp last. Cook about 1–2 minutes per side until pink.
5. Combine Everything
Return all meat to the skillet and toss together.
Add another small splash of Pure Gold if you want extra heat.
Serve
Pile into warm tortillas and top with:
- Sour cream
- Cheese
- Cilantro
