Cook time: 15 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 2 cups string beans, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons Mad Dog 357 Sriracha Sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons water
- Cooked jasmine rice, for serving
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the Mad Dog 357 Sriracha Sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, and water.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the string beans and red pepper. Stir-fry for 4–5 minutes until lightly blistered but still crisp. Transfer to a plate.
- Add the remaining oil and ground pork to the pan. Cook for 5–6 minutes, breaking the pork apart, until browned and fully cooked.
- Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Return the vegetables to the pan and pour in the prepared sauce.
- Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until the pork and vegetables are evenly coated and the sauce has thickened slightly.
- Remove from the heat and fold in the fresh basil leaves until just wilted.
- Serve immediately over jasmine rice.
Heat adjustment: Add another tablespoon of Mad Dog 357 Sriracha Sauce for a stronger kick, or serve extra sauce on the side.
