Easy Dinner

Serves: 4
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 2 cups string beans, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons Mad Dog 357 Sriracha Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • Cooked jasmine rice, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the Mad Dog 357 Sriracha Sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, and water.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the string beans and red pepper. Stir-fry for 4–5 minutes until lightly blistered but still crisp. Transfer to a plate.
  4. Add the remaining oil and ground pork to the pan. Cook for 5–6 minutes, breaking the pork apart, until browned and fully cooked.
  5. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  6. Return the vegetables to the pan and pour in the prepared sauce.
  7. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until the pork and vegetables are evenly coated and the sauce has thickened slightly.
  8. Remove from the heat and fold in the fresh basil leaves until just wilted.
  9. Serve immediately over jasmine rice.

Heat adjustment: Add another tablespoon of Mad Dog 357 Sriracha Sauce for a stronger kick, or serve extra sauce on the side.
