Founded in 1991, Mad Dog 357 set out to do something most hot sauce brands at the time weren't doing: make heat that was real. No shortcuts, no empty marketing claims, no sauce that talked a big game and then let you down. Just genuine, uncompromising heat — crafted the hard way, batch after batch.

That single idea is the reason we're still here 36 years later.
