In a pot, bring chicken broth to a simmer. Add lemongrass, galangal, lime leaves, and Thai chilies. Simmer 5โ7 minutes to infuse. ๐ฟ๐ฅ

Add sliced chicken, mushrooms, and tomatoes. Simmer until chicken is cooked through (about 5 minutes). ๐๐
