Indonesian-Style Spicy Fried Rice with Chicken & Egg ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿš

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice (day-old works best)
  • 1 chicken breast, diced
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 3 scallions, sliced
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce (kecap manis if available)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 3โ€“5 drops of Mad Dog 357 Gold Edition ๐Ÿ”ฅ
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

1. Cook the Chicken

  1. Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden.

2. Fry the Rice

  1. Push chicken to one side of the pan.
