- 6โ8 oz rice noodles ๐

Cook noodles ๐
Prepare rice noodles according to package. Drain and set aside. -
Build the broth ๐ฅ
In a large pot, sautรฉ garlic and ginger until fragrant.
Stir in red curry paste and cook for 1โ2 minutes. -

Add chicken broth + coconut milk. Bring to a simmer. -
Cook the chicken ๐
Add sliced chicken and simmer until fully cooked (about 5โ7 min). -
