Ever been at someone’s place for dinner or a BBQ, asked for hot sauce and been presented with their only bottle of something resembling hot sauce?

You know what it’s like, right? Something catches your eye and you end up on Facebook or Instagram or Twitter or whatever for hours on end. You don’t mean to; it just happens.

For the past few months, you’ve spent an inordinate amount of time obsessing over hot sauce and your collection of it.  Don’t worry! That’s entirely normal.
