Please note you may have to warm bottle to 140℉ to be able to remove the pepper extract from the bottle. Please note 5 Million Scoville Pepper Extract is 35% pure capsicum and it comes in as a solid and we heat it to be able to pack this product. It is normal for it to become hard or solid.
I bought the 357 and use it in my Pho, Pazole and Menudo soups as an additive. I think the only improvement for the sauce would be a micro dropper included in the bottle.
